• Taşıma hizmetinin tarafı değildir
• Ödeme sürecine aracılık etmez
• Tahsilat yapmaz
• Müşteri ile şoför arasındaki mali ilişkiden sorumlu değildir

ULAŞSANA yalnızca eşleştirme hizmetini sunar ve bu hizmet için gerekli en asgari kişisel verileri işler.

ULAŞSANA tarafından işlenen kişisel veriler sınırlı ve ölçülüdür.

4Kişisel Verilerin Toplanma Yöntemi

Kişisel veriler tamamen elektronik ortamda toplanmaktadır:

• Mobil uygulama
• İnternet sitesi
• Kullanıcı tarafından doğrudan girilen bilgiler
• Otomatik sistemler (konum verisi)

• Müşteri ile şoförün eşleştirilmesi
• Yolculuk talebinin oluşturulması
• Şoförün müşteriye ulaşabilmesi

• Platform güvenliğinin sağlanması
• Hukuki yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi

6Kişisel Verilerin Aktarılması

Kişisel veriler, yalnızca hizmetin gereği olarak ve sınırlı şekilde aktarılmaktadır.

7Hukuki Sebep

Kişisel veriler, KVKK'nın 5. maddesi uyarınca işlenmektedir:

• Bir hizmet ilişkisinin kurulması ve yürütülmesi
• Tarafların birbirini bulabilmesi
• Hizmetin fiilen gerçekleştirilebilmesi

8Saklama Süresi

• Hizmet süresi boyunca
• Hukuki yükümlülükler kapsamında gerekli sürelerce

Sürelerin sonunda veriler silinmekte, yok edilmekte veya anonim hale getirilmektedir.

9Veri Sahibinin Hakları

KVKK'nın 11. maddesi kapsamında:

• Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme
• İşlenmişse bilgi talep etme
• Yanlış veya eksik verilerin düzeltilmesini isteme
• Silinmesini veya yok edilmesini talep etme
• Hukuka aykırı işleme nedeniyle zararın giderilmesini talep etme

10Ödeme ve Sorumluluk Sınırı

• ULAŞSANA ödeme almaz
• Para transferine aracılık etmez
• Şoför ile müşteri arasındaki ödeme ilişkisinden sorumlu değildir

Ödeme doğrudan müşteri ile şoför arasında gerçekleşir.

• Is not a party to the transportation service
• Does not mediate the payment process
• Does not collect any payments
• Is not responsible for the financial relationship between customer and driver

ULAŞSANA only provides the matchmaking service and processes the minimum personal data required for this service.

3Personal Data Processed

The personal data processed by ULAŞSANA is limited and proportionate.

4Data Collection Methods

Personal data is collected entirely through electronic means:

• Mobile application
• Website
• Information directly entered by the user
• Automated systems (location data)

5Purposes of Data Processing

• Matching customers with drivers
• Creating ride requests
• Enabling the driver to reach the customer
• Enabling the customer to identify the driver
• Ensuring proper service delivery
• Maintaining platform security
• Fulfilling legal obligations

6Data Sharing

Personal data is shared only as required to deliver the service, in a limited manner.

7Legal Basis

Personal data is processed under KVKK Article 5 for the following purposes:

• Establishing and maintaining a service relationship
• Enabling parties to find each other
• Ensuring the actual delivery of the service

8Retention Period

• For the duration of the service
• As required by legal obligations

After these periods, data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

9Rights of the Data Subject

Under KVKK Article 11, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed
• Request information if it has been processed
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion or destruction of your data

10Payment & Liability Limitation

• ULAŞSANA does not collect payments
• Does not mediate money transfers
• Is not responsible for the payment relationship between driver and customer

Payment occurs directly between the customer and the driver.
