Bu Gizlilik Politikası, ULAŞSANA BİLİŞİM VE TAŞIMACILIK HİZMETLERİ A.Ş. ("Şirket", "biz") tarafından işletilen ULAŞSANA mobil uygulaması ("Uygulama") için geçerlidir.

ULAŞSANA, müşteri ile şoförü ulaşım hizmetleri için dijital olarak eşleştiren bir matchmaking platformudur. Taşıma hizmetinin tarafı değiliz; ödeme işlemi yapmaz, müşteri ile şoför arasındaki mali ilişkiye aracılık etmeyiz.

Uygulama, Apple App Store ve Google Play Store üzerinden indirilebilir. Her iki platformda aynı veri toplama ve işleme kuralları geçerlidir.

2Topladığımız Bilgiler

Eşleştirme hizmetimizi sunmak için yalnızca gerekli asgari verileri topluyoruz:

• İsim – platformda kimliğinizi belirlemek için
• Telefon numarası (Opsiyonel) – kayıt/giriş ve kimlik doğrulama için
• E-posta adresi – kayıt/giriş ve hesap kurtarma için
• Anlık konum – yolculuk süresince, sizi yakındaki şoför/müşteri ile eşleştirmek için
• IBAN (Yalnızca şoförler, opsiyonel) – nakitsiz ödeme tercih edilmesi halinde
• Push notification token – cihaz bazlı bildirim gönderimi için
• Platform bilgisi – iOS / Android cihaz ve model bilgisi
• Değerlendirme puanları ve yorumlar – hizmet kalitesi ölçümü için
• Yolculuk geçmişi – başlangıç/varış noktaları, tarih, ücret bilgisi

3Bilgi Toplama Yöntemi

Kişisel veriler aşağıdaki kanallar aracılığıyla elektronik ortamda toplanmaktadır:

• Mobil uygulama (iOS ve Android)
• İnternet sitesi
• Kullanıcı tarafından doğrudan girilen bilgiler
• Otomatik sistemler (konum verisi, cihaz bilgileri)

4Bilgilerinizi Nasıl Kullanıyoruz

Kişisel verileriniz aşağıdaki amaçlarla işlenmektedir:

• Müşteri ile şoförün eşleştirilmesi
• Yolculuk talebinin oluşturulması
• Şoförün müşteriye ulaşabilmesi
• Müşterinin şoförü tanıyabilmesi
• Hizmet sürecinin sağlıklı yürütülmesi
• Platform güvenliğinin sağlanması
• Hukuki yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi

5Bilgi Paylaşımı

Kişisel veriler yalnızca hizmetin gereği olarak paylaşılmaktadır:

• Müşteriye: şoförün ismi, anlık konumu, IBAN (yalnızca nakitsiz ödeme)
• Şoföre: müşterinin ismi ve konumu

6Konum Verisi

Uygulama, hizmetin sunulabilmesi için konum verinize erişim talep eder:

• Ön plan (foreground) konum izni: uygulama açıkken eşleştirme ve navigasyon için kullanılır
• Arka plan (background) konum izni: aktif yolculuk sırasında sürücü takibi için kullanılır
• Konum verisi, rota hesaplama için Google Maps API'ye gönderilir
• Konum verisi, gerçek zamanlı takip için SignalR (WebSocket) üzerinden paylaşılır

7Push Notification (Bildirim)

Uygulama, yolculuk süreciyle ilgili bildirimlerin iletilebilmesi için bildirim izni talep eder:

• Bildirimler: yolculuk durumu, sürücü kabul, sürücü varış, iptal bildirimleri
• Push token cihaza özeldir ve backend sunucularımızda saklanır
• Bildirimler Expo Push Service → FCM (Android) / APNs (iOS) üzerinden iletilir

8Maskeli Arama Hizmeti

Müşteri ve sürücü arasındaki iletişim maskeli arama servisi üzerinden sağlanmaktadır:

• Müşteri ve sürücü arasında doğrudan telefon numarası paylaşılmaz
• Arama, maskeli arama servisi üzerinden başlatılır
• Her iki tarafın telefon numarası servise iletilir, karşı tarafa gösterilmez

9Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler

Uygulama, kendi gizlilik politikalarına sahip üçüncü taraf hizmetler kullanmaktadır:

• Firebase Authentication – Kimlik doğrulama verileri (email, telefon, OAuth token)
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) – Push notification iletimi
• Google Maps Platform – Konum verisi, rota hesaplama
• Google OAuth 2.0 – Google ile giriş
• Apple Sign-In – Apple ile giriş (sadece iOS)
• Expo Push Notification Service – Bildirim iletimi
• Maskeli Arama Servisi – Telefon numaralarının 3. tarafa aktarımı
• Microsoft SignalR – Gerçek zamanlı konum ve durum güncellemeleri (WebSocket)

10Yerel Veri Saklama (Çerez Politikası)

Uygulama içinde çerez (cookie) kullanılmamaktadır. Ancak, aşağıdaki veriler AsyncStorage aracılığıyla cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanmaktadır:

• Erişim token'ı, kullanıcı bilgileri, Firebase UID
• Onboarding durumu, push token cache

Bu veriler uygulama kaldırıldığında otomatik olarak silinir.

11Veri Saklama ve Silme

• Hizmet kullanım süreniz boyunca
• Yürürlükteki mevzuatın gerektirdiği sürelerce

Sürelerin sonunda veriler silinmekte, yok edilmekte veya anonim hale getirilmektedir.

Hesap silindiğinde:

• Backend'deki tüm veriler kalıcı olarak kaldırılır
• Firebase Authentication kaydı silinir
• Push token backend'den kaldırılır
• Yolculuk geçmişi ve değerlendirmeler hesap silme ile birlikte kaldırılır
• Cihaz üzerindeki veriler uygulama kaldırıldığında silinir

12Hesap Silme & Haklarınız

Aşağıdaki haklara sahipsiniz:

• Hangi verilerinizin işlendiğini öğrenme
• Yanlış veya eksik verilerin düzeltilmesini isteme
• Verilerinizin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini talep etme
• Uygulamayı kaldırarak veri toplamayı durdurma

13Güvenlik

İşlediğimiz sınırlı kişisel bilgileri korumak için fiziksel, elektronik ve prosedürel güvenlik önlemleri uygulamaktayız. Veriler HTTPS üzerinden şifrelenerek iletilir.

14Ödeme Sorumluluk Reddi

• ULAŞSANA ödeme almaz
• Para transferine aracılık etmez
• Şoför ile müşteri arasındaki ödeme ilişkisinden sorumlu değildir

Ödeme doğrudan müşteri ile şoför arasında gerçekleşir.

15Politika Değişiklikleri

Bu Gizlilik Politikası'nı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Değişiklikler bu sayfada yayımlanacaktır. Değişikliklerden sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş politikayı kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

1Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to the ULAŞSANA mobile application ("Application") operated by ULAŞSANA BİLİŞİM VE TAŞIMACILIK HİZMETLERİ A.Ş. ("Company", "we", "us").

ULAŞSANA is a matchmaking platform that connects customers with drivers for transportation services. We are not a party to the transportation service itself, do not process payments, and do not mediate any financial transactions between customers and drivers.

The Application is available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The same data collection and processing rules apply on both platforms.

2Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide our matchmaking service:

• Name – to identify you on the platform
• Phone number (Optional) – for registration/login and identity verification
• Email address – for registration/login and account recovery
• Real-time location – during rides, to connect you with a nearby driver/customer
• IBAN (Drivers only, optional) – only if a driver chooses cashless payment
• Push notification token – for device-specific notification delivery
• Platform information – iOS / Android device and model information
• Rating scores and reviews – for service quality measurement
• Ride history – pickup/drop-off points, date, fare information

3How We Collect Information

Personal data is collected electronically through:

• The mobile application (iOS and Android)
• Our website
• Information directly entered by you
• Automated systems (location data, device information)

4How We Use Your Information

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Matching customers with drivers
• Creating ride requests
• Enabling the driver to reach the customer
• Enabling the customer to identify the driver
• Ensuring the proper delivery of the service
• Maintaining platform security
• Fulfilling legal obligations

5Information Sharing

We share personal data only as required to deliver the service:

• With the customer: driver's name, real-time location, IBAN (cashless payment only)
• With the driver: customer's name and location

6Location Data

The Application requests access to your location data in order to provide the service:

• Foreground location permission: used for matchmaking and navigation while the app is open
• Background location permission: used for driver tracking during active rides
• Location data is sent to Google Maps API for route calculation
• Location data is shared in real-time via SignalR (WebSocket)

7Push Notifications

The Application requests notification permission to deliver ride-related updates:

• Notifications include: ride status, driver acceptance, driver arrival, cancellation alerts
• Push tokens are device-specific and stored on our backend servers
• Notifications are delivered via Expo Push Service → FCM (Android) / APNs (iOS)

8Masked Call Service

Communication between customers and drivers is facilitated through a masked call service:

• Phone numbers are not directly shared between customers and drivers
• Calls are initiated through the masked call service
• Both parties' phone numbers are transmitted to the service but are not shown to the other party

9Third-Party Services

The Application uses third-party services that have their own privacy policies:

• Firebase Authentication – Authentication data (email, phone, OAuth token)
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) – Push notification delivery
• Google Maps Platform – Location data, route calculation
• Google OAuth 2.0 – Sign in with Google
• Apple Sign-In – Sign in with Apple (iOS only)
• Expo Push Notification Service – Notification delivery
• Masked Call Service – Phone number transmission to third party
• Microsoft SignalR – Real-time location and status updates (WebSocket)

10Local Data Storage (Cookie Policy)

The Application does not use cookies. However, the following data is stored locally on your device via AsyncStorage:

• Access token, user information, Firebase UID
• Onboarding status, push token cache

This data is automatically removed when the application is uninstalled.

11Data Retention & Deletion

• For the duration of your use of the service
• As required by applicable laws and regulations

After these periods, data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

When your account is deleted:

• All data on the backend is permanently removed
• Firebase Authentication record is deleted
• Push token is removed from the backend
• Ride history and ratings are removed along with account deletion
• On-device data is removed when the application is uninstalled

12Account Deletion & Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request information about what data we process
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion or destruction of your data
• Opt out of data collection by uninstalling the Application

13Security

We implement physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the limited personal information we process and maintain. Data is transmitted encrypted over HTTPS.

14Payment Disclaimer

• ULAŞSANA does not collect payments
• Does not mediate money transfers
• Is not responsible for the payment relationship between driver and customer

Payment occurs directly between the customer and the driver.

15Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
